ARBITRATION REFERENCES:

What if I Have Questions About an Arbitration?

A professional Case Coordinator will be assigned to your case to answer questions that you have regarding your arbitration proceeding. Your Case Coordinator can assist you with issues that are not related to the substantive merits of the arbitration.

The Case Coordinator does not decide substantive issues or write the arbitration award and will encourage all parties to save their arguments about the merits of their respective positions for the arbitration hearing.

All or nearly all questions regarding substantive matters can be raised and addressed promptly in pre-hearing conferences with the Arbitrator.

Under The Center for Legal Solutions’ Rules for Arbitration, no party may communicate about any issue related to the arbitration with the Arbitrator in the absence of any other party. Opposing parties and the Case Coordinator should be copied on all written communication to the Arbitrator.

If you have questions about The Center for Legal Solutions that are not answered on this web site, feel free to e-mail your question to questions@centerforlegalsolutions.org and we will do our best to respond within 48 hours.
