What Types of Disputes Can Be Resolved Through Mediation?
Nearly all disputes between individuals or businesses can be resolved through mediation. The Center for Legal Solutions offers a diverse panel of experienced mediators can help you resolve disputes involving personal injuries, wrongful death, divorce, child custody, landlord-tenant issues, commercial disputes, construction, professional malpractice and more.

The Center for Legal Solutions does not schedule cases involving a history of domestic violence. If you would like to mediate a case involving a history of domestic violence, we encourage you to contact a court-connected mediation program that could provide a more suitable facility. A list of court-connected mediation programs is maintained by the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution.
The Center for Legal Solutions is not available for mediating criminal prosecutions or traffic offenses.
