Mr. Kidd, Founder of the Cobb County Bar Association's Family Law Section, brings 26 years of legal experience to his mediation and arbitration practice.

Ms. Matte is a Vermont Law School graduate who worked at Cobb Mediation, LLC as part of her externship with Georgia State's Consortium for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

What Types of Payment Does Cobb Mediation Accept?
Cobb Mediation will prepare invoices for each mediation participant at the conclusion of their mediation session in accordance with our Fee Policy.
Mediation participants may pay for the cost of their mediation session with cash, money order or check payable to "Cobb Mediation" or with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card.
Cobb Mediation’s contract for services is with the attorney(s) involved in the ADR session. We extend credit, with no advance deposit required, based on the attorney(s) credit. The attorney, in turn, collects from their client(s). Therefore, we expect payment, within the terms allowed, from the attorney(s) regardless of client activity.
Individual participants that are not represented by an attorney will be responsible for paying all of their ADR session fees regardless of any waiver or reimbursement offered by any other entity or program.
