The mediation sessions is for the parties and, if they desire, their representatives, including attorneys and insurance company representatives. Any party may be represented by persons of that partie's choice. No one else should attend the mediation session without permission of the other parties and consent of the mediator. Please make child care arrangements prior to mediation. The Center for Legal Solutions does not have child care facilities. Parties other than natural persons (e.g., corporations) are expected to have an officer, partner or other employee authorized to make decisions concerning the resolution of the dispute present throughout the mediation.
