We are proud to introduce Nancy Grossman and Daryl Kidd as the newest members of our Panel of Neutrals. Ms. Grossman is an attorney who worked in Fulton County Superior Court. She specializes in mediating and arbitrating family law matters. Mr. Kidd, Founder of the Cobb County Bar Association's Family Law Section, brings 26 years of legal experience to his mediation and arbitration practice.

Ms. Matte is a Vermont Law School graduate who worked at Cobb Mediation, LLC as part of her externship with Georgia State's Consortium for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

Jim Holmes has practiced in the civil litigation arena since 1978. He has actively mediated civil and domestic matters since 1994.
Mr. Holmes enjoys substantial experience with complex commercial disputes, covenants not to compete, business dissolution issues, and corporate shareholder and partnership disputes. He also has substantial experience mediating family law matters, having been recognized in this field by the "Best Lawyers in America" magazine.
Jim Holmes has a B.S. degree from Emory University and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Virginia. He is a retired Navy Captain, having served 30 years (active and reserve).
Mediation Style: Jim Holmes takes a laid-back, flexible, but evaluative approach to mediation to help participants identify common grounds for resolution. He calls upon attorneys and parties to identify and to re-evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their positions and to compare those with the risk of proceeding to trial.
