Morgan Robertson is a partner in the Robertson, Bodoh & Nasrallah law firm in Marietta, Georgia. He has over thirty years of experience in the practice of law, and has handled hundreds of litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He specializes in the areas of real estate, wills and probate, contract, and other transactional matters.
Mr. Robertson is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Fiduciary Affairs Section of the Georgia State Bar Association. He has over a decade of experience as a registered mediator.
Morgan Robertson is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee (B.A., 1969), and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1974).
Mr. Robertson serves on the vestry of the Anglican Church of Our Redeemer, and is recently retired as a Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves (JAGC). He is a long-time a member of the Rotary Club of Marietta and is Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 287 in Marietta. He serves on the National Executive Council of Chi Psi Fraternity, is a past President of the Sewanee Club of Atlanta, and a past director of the Cobb Community Symphony. He has served in leadership positions with numerous charitable and civic organizations, and was a former candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives.
Mediation Style: Mr. Robertson is a patient, amicable mediator. He listens carefully to mediation participants but will guide their attention to the primary issues in order to avoid distracting and tangential topics. He is a creative problem solver who is comfortable analyzing numbers.
