Ms. Austin also serves as the Risk Manager and General Legal Counsel of a health care company that provides supplemental medical staff throughout the Southeast. Ms. Austin is also an active member of the legal community. She is a member of the Cobb and Cherokee County Bar Associations, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia Mediator's Association. She is on the Board of the General Trial Section of the Georgia Bar Association and a former Vice President of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
Laura Austin graduated from Texas Women's University with a degree in Nursing and earned her law degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law.
