Welome to Cobb Mediation

Cobb Mediation is located in this beautiful Victorian Mansion in Downtown Marietta, Georgia. We are conveniently located two blocks West of the Marietta Square on Whitlock Avenue (Dallas Highway).

The Anderson Family of Marietta built this home in 1900. It has been beautifully kept over the years. There are a number of rocking chairs on our front porch that visitors can enjoy.

Mediator Jim Friedewald (left) meets with Cobb Mediation Staff Member Jennifer Roberts and General Manager Barry Edwards in the Marietta Room. The first-floor Marietta Room can accomodate a multiple-party conference and is equipped for phone conferences.

The first-floor Heritage Room provides a comfortable environment for small group discussion. In this photograph, Cobb Mediation's General Manager, Barry Edwards (center), enjoys a moment with his caterer, Jeff Brister of Carriage House Catering (right), and Mediator Jack Coello.

Mediation sessions that involve multiple parties will enjoy using Cobb Mediation's first-floor Anderson Room. Named after the family that built the home, this Conference Room can accomodate large groups. Additional chairs can be arranged around the perimeter of the Anderson Room for extra seating.

Cobb Mediation's second-floor arbitration room can accomodate an adversarial proceeding as Jack Coello (far left) and Cobb Mediation Staff demonstrate in this photograph.

Visitors can enjoy some fresh air on our back porch. The back porch is glass enclosed with screens for maximum comfort throughout the year.
